You will give a presentation at the EMS2023. Herewith we would like to inform you about your upcoming tasks and options.

Presentation file for oral presentations

As author of an oral presentation, regardless whether you are presenting onsite or online, you need to upload the presentation file for the live presentation at least 24 hours prior to your session's start. In case you are concerned about the stability of your internet connection as online presenter, you have the option to upload a pre-recorded video of your talk. Please also visit the guidelines for oral presentations.

Presentation file for poster presentations

As author of a poster presentation you are asked to upload your electronic poster as presentation file; this file will then be linked in the online programme and be accessible to registered conference participants during the display time for your poster, as detailed in the Letter of Schedule. In addition, we will make all uploaded posters accessible on a E–poster station in the poster area for the entire conference week; the upload needs to be completed until 31 August 2023. Supporting material

Take advantage of the opportunity to inform conveners and other participants and promote your presentation in advance by uploading supporting material alongside your abstract, in addition to your mandatory presentation file mentioned above. This supporting material is available for viewing and commenting by registered conference attendees during the 2-month period from 8 August 2023 to 8 October 2023 and can be updated or deleted anytime.

Completed conference registration before upload

Please remember that a paid conference registration, either for onsite or online participation, is mandatory for the person uploading the presentation file or supporting material in order to access the upload tool. Information is provided here.

We would also like to remind all poster authors that you can still participate in the outstanding poster award competition if you register your participation by 15 August 2023 via the participation form and upload your poster until 31 August 2023 as supporting material.

This year, instead of having an official conference dinner, we would like to invite you to a Bratislava craft beer tour. In order to plan the tour, we would need to know how many participants there might attend. If you are interested in this opportunity, please find more information and a form for signing up here.
