Dear colleague,

You will present a poster at the EMS2023 in Bratislava. Herewith we would like to inform you about a few opportunities for poster authors, in particular the connected upcoming closing dates:

  • Sign up for the poster award: Tuesday, 15 August 2023
  • Send your poster to the copy shop in Bratislava for printing: Monday, 21 August 2023
  • Upload your presentation file for the digital display on the E–poster station: Thursday, 31 August 2023 (upload opens 8 August)

Outstanding Poster Award

The EMS is announcing an Outstanding Poster Award; the author of the winning presentation will receive a registration fee waiver for the EMS Annual Meeting 2024 in Barcelona. Every poster author is eligible for the award competition, but has to sign up for participation (15 Aug), and upload the digital poster as supporting material until 31 August 2023. Poster print service

In collaboration with a local copy shop, EMS2023 is offering a poster print service for onsite poster presenters. Presenters can send their poster to the copy shop by email and it will be delivered to the conference centre. Note that there will be two public holidays in Slovakia the week before EMS2023 and in order to have enough time for processing of the payment and printing of your poster, please order until Monday, 21 August 2023.

Digital poster display:

In order to extend the viewing time of your poster beyond the onsite display time, we offer to show it in digital form during the entire duration of the conference on a E–poster station in the poster area. Every poster contribution for which the presentation file was uploaded until 31 August 2023 will be displayed in this way.
